Dr Lucien von Schomberg is a UEFA-A licenced football coach & scientist with more than ten years of international coaching experience at both grassroot and elite level. Before moving to London to pursue an academic career, Lucien was a coach and researcher at the youth academy of KRC Genk, a professional football club based in Belgium. Along with his coaching activities for the club he oversaw several teams to both ensure and improve the science-based apparatus of the youth academy. He has previously worked for other clubs, such as AFC Ajax, specifically to provide training sessions and coaching clinics spread throughout the United States.
